Dawn Lurie was quoted in a November 19 story from SHRM, “ICE Extends Virtual I-9 Inspection Rules Until Dec. 31.” Lurie said she believes that ICE will mandate some sort of end date, by which all employees will need to be reverified, in-person, regardless of a company's individual policy.
