Dawn Mertineit was quoted in a December 11 story from the Triangle Business Journal, “Why a Supreme Court case could have major implications for your work computer: What NC companies need to know.” Mertineit said the question is, what is meant in the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act by the term “exceeds authorized access.”
