Dawn Solowey Discusses Post-Pandemic Era Accommodations in SHRM

SHRM quoted Dawn Solowey in its article, “COVID-19 Public Health Emergency Ends, but Some Pandemic-Era Accommodations May Continue,” on May 24. Solowey said under the updated guidance, employers can still ask workers physically entering the workplace—or otherwise working in close proximity with others, such as clients—if they have COVID-19 or symptoms associated with the infection.
