Dawn Solowey Discusses Top Covid-19 Vaccine Decisions of 2024 in Law360

Law360 quoted Dawn Solowey in its article, “5 Key Decisions In COVID-19 Vaccine Battles From 2024,” on December 18. Solowey discussed verdicts from 2024 that showed how employers should give workers broad deference, particularly when it comes to religious objections to vaccines.

“We had this unusual thing where we had both a global pandemic that gave rise to a huge influx of religious accommodation cases, and then, not even two years later, a change in the standard for religious accommodation, upending decades of precedent… I think as these continue to work their way through the courts, there's just really new law being made every day around the country.”
