Project Manager Dayna Hinderstein was quoted in a March 7, 2011 Daily Journal article discussing legal project management and Seyfarth Shaw’s unique way of streamlining the legal process, SeyfarthLean. According to the article, more and more law firms are showing interest in using project management to plan timeframes and estimate costs. While this is a new trend for many firms, Seyfarth has been using SeyfarthLean, an adapted form of Lean Six Sigma, for several years to balance efficiency with reduced cost for the client.

“Obviously, the bottom line is important, but it’s really communicating,” Dayna explained, “talking to the clients to see what it means to them and what things they’re wanting to see different.”
