Webinar Recording: Don’t Let the Pendulum Hit You as It Swings: How Employers Can Prepare for the Biden NLRB

The NLRB’s General Counsel, Jennifer Abruzzo, is aggressively fulfilling President Biden’s promise to become the “strongest labor President you have ever had.” Since being sworn in, the GC has issued four separate memoranda outlining her efforts to strengthen the rights of labor organizations and employees to organize workplaces across the country. Long before that, NLRB Chair McFerran had issued numerous dissents that provided a window into what the future would look like under a Biden Board.

In this timely and important webinar, Paul Galligan and Jennifer Mora  guide employers through the GC’s pro-labor agenda by discussing the memoranda, decisions issued by the Trump NLRB that are sure to be a thing of the past, initiatives to increase enforcement of and penalties for labor violations, and considerations for employers hoping to avoid getting caught in the NLRB’s crossfire.
