Drive Through Banking and Drive By Suing: Texas Banks Experiencing Rash of ADA Lawsuits Over Access To ATMs

Armed with little more than a form complaint, a list of banks, and a few individuals who are blind, the Pittsburg, Pennsylvania firm of Bruce Carlson of Carlson Lynch LTD has filed at least 16 class action lawsuits in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Texas.
