Edward Cerasia II was featured in the October 13, 2009 Employment Law360 article, “Seyfarth Shaw Nabs Morgan Lewis Labor Atty.” 

The article reported that Ed returned “to a firm that helped launch his career in employment law… When he first joined Seyfarth as a second-year associate in 1993, Cerasia was the third member of the New York office's labor department. The department now consists of roughly 350 employment attorneys nationally at all levels of experience….” Ed observed, “It's a homecoming of sorts… It's a very comfortable place for me with a very talented group of lawyers and a great national platform.”

The article noted that Ed is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully handled jury and bench trials involving claims of sexual, racial, age and disability harassment; race, age, disability and gender discrimination; retaliation; constructive discharge; and entitlement to employee benefits.
