Elaine Fox was quoted in the article, "A New Minefield," published in the ABA Journal on May 1, 2010. The article reported on the increase in suits alleging bias against workers caring for children or parents. Elaine remarked, "This is a percolating area of the law." She explained, "Many employees are in the ‘sandwich generation.’ They have young children and also aging parents. ... Family responsibilities discrimination is a new area that plaintiffs attorneys can mine.”
