Seyfarth Synopsis: Please enjoy a recent op-ed piece written by Seyfarth attorney David Rowland, entitled “Employers Should Move Beyond Mere ADA Compliance.”  The piece originally ran on August 5 in Law360 and discusses why embracing the ADA is the future. Rowland writes that the ADA requires compliance, but, more importantly, the ADA also provides us the opportunity to increase the ranks of individuals with disabilities in our workforces.
