In the near term, the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) is expected to finalize its proposed rule on Cybersecurity Risk Management, Strategy, Governance, and Incident Disclosure. In addition to requiring the reporting of material cybersecurity incidents, the rule is expected to require periodic disclosures on how management is implementing cybersecurity policies and procedures to identify and manage cybersecurity risks, as well as board of directors' cybersecurity risk oversight.

Join us Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. EST as we discuss the implications of the newly proposed SEC rule.

Why you should join:

  • Enhance your cybersecurity expertise to meet the proposed SEC cybersecurity expectations for publicly traded companies.
  • Gain insight into how to measure cybersecurity performance with transparency, accuracy and precision.
  • Participate in live Q&A to address specific board-level cybersecurity matters such as a data breach, acquisition, or strategic partnerships
