Eric Lloyd was quoted in an October 4 story from Bloomberg Law, “Punching In: DOL’s Rare Moment in 9th Cir. Employee Status Case.” Lloyd said that in the Wellfleet suit, he could see, depending on how the court comes out, the defense bar or the plaintiffs bar latching on to the court’s discussion about willfulness.
