Five More Countries Added to Special Registration Requirement

We recently advised that the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) required that certain foreign nationals already present in the United States appear before an INS officer to undergo special registration procedures. The INS has expanded the rule to include foreign nationals from the following five additional countries: BANGLADESH, EGYPT, INDONESIA, JORDAN, KUWAIT.
