Google case adds new thoughts on 'fair use'

Recently, a federal court in Nevada found that Google Inc.'s service does not infringe on the copyright rights of the owners of the informaiton that it searches, reporduces and caches.  One of the reasons the court found for the Mountain View, Calif.-based search engine company was that its activities qualified as "fair use" under the U.S. Copyright Law.
