H-1B Cap - Update
Current Status
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced on April 10, 2007 that it has received 119,193 H-1B visa petitions that are counted against the 2008 annual limit of 65,000 H-1B’s. As indicated in our previous alert, these H-1B petitions will be subject to a computergenerated random lottery conducted by the USCIS in the next few weeks.
