Helen McFarland was quoted in a December 30 story from HR.com, “Women In Silicon Valley: Corporate America’s Gender Paradox.” McFarland said companies should recognize that there is widespread community support for diversity, inclusion and equity (DI&E) initiatives and that there are serious consequences (both financial and reputational) for failing to include women and people of color.
