Session 5: Commercial Litigation: Insights and Predictions for the Transportation & Logistics Industries in 2023 (Recording Below)

Businesses operating in the transportation and logistics industries are some of the most complex, thus creating a long list of potential liabilities. With the continuing global tumult, shortage of skilled labor, and increasing consolidation in the industry, we expect an uneven year with antitrust issues and trade secrets rising to the top of the challenges facing transportation and logistics companies.

Join us for a question and answer style format where we’ll further explore the insights offered in our Commercial Litigation Outlook and review where we’ve been in the last several months and what we see coming, including:

  • Continued aggressive antitrust enforcement
  • Heightened scrutiny of proposed mergers
  • 2023 priorities for the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission
  • Impacts of the hybrid work environment on trade secrets and enforcement of non-compete agreements
