Howard Wexler quoted in Corporate Counsel

Howard Wexler was quoted in an October 13 story entited “Urban Outfitters Extends an Unfashionable Invitation to Employees” from Corporate Counsel on the issue of who is covered by the FLSA. Wexler says that exempt status is a hotly contended issue in litigation and now its been brought to the forefront with the proposed amendments as part of the new DOL regulations governing who is exempt and not exempt from overtime.
