Howard Wexler was quoted in a December 7 story from Corporate Counsel entitled “'Tis the Season for Holiday Party Liability” on why company brass should be aware of the legal risks accompanying workplace holiday festivities. Wexler says that having designated individuals as “eyes and ears” at the party is essential to make sure everyone is following the rules and that if someone overdoes it a bit on the alcohol, they get home safely.
