Ilana Morady and Patrick Joyce Write on California's New Workplace Violence Law in Law360

Seyfarth’s Ilana Morady and Patrick Joyce co-authored an article, “Breaking Down California's New Workplace Violence Law,” in Law360 on April 2. The Seyfarth attorneys discussed California’s new workplace violence prevention law, which requires nearly all California employers to create, adopt, and implement written workplace violence prevention plans that include numerous elements, such as training and record keeping.
