Ilana Morady was quoted in a June 22 story from SHRM, “California Reopening Prompts Changes to Workplace Safety Policies.” Morady said that policies for customers could differ from policies for employees; retailers in California eventually might drop mask requirements for customers, while keeping these requirements for employees.
