James Curtis Quoted in Bloomberg BNA Daily Labor Report
“Interim Rule Details OSHA Investigations of Workers’ ACA Whistleblower Complaints”

Seyfarth Shaw Labor & Employment partner James Curtis is quoted in a March 6 Daily Labor Report article discussing the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s interim final rule (Feb. 22), which establishes the procedures that the office will use to hand whistleblowers’ retaliation complaints under the Affordable Care Act.

Of the rule, Jim said it “leaves open the question as to when the employer has met its burden.” He added, “It’s going to leave a lot of employers scratching their heads.”
