Jason Stiehl and Kristine Argentine were mentioned in a March 4 story from ABA Journal regarding their successful representation of LexisNexis in the dismissal of a class action complaint. The lawsuit arises out of pop-up advertisements for legal services that appear on two plaintiff law firms’ websites based in Oklahoma and Tennessee.
