Jeffrey Berman quoted in the Daily Journal

Jeffrey Berman was quoted in a February 24 story “9th Circuit ruling shows difficulty of overturning arbitrator decisions” from the Daily Journal on a recent decision from a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel to upheld a decision from an arbitrator handling a multi-million dollar employment dispute. Berman said that arbitration decisions have a great deal of sanctity under the law.
