Joshua Ditelberg was quoted in a May 18 story from Bloomberg Law, “Mass Layoffs in Pandemic Trigger Few Worker Notice Suits.” Ditelberg said the WARN Act’s scope of coverage is going to exclude a lot of small, individually owned businesses from anything to do with WARN.
