Joshua Seidman to Co-host Paid Family Leave Webinar for the Disability Management Employer Coalition

Joshua Seidman will be co-hosting a webinar for the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC) with Lynne Sousa on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 9:00 am PT | 12:00 pm ET. The webinar, 2022 Tools & Tactics Webinar: State PFML Comparisons and Prospects for a Federal Solution, will cover the national paid family and paid family medical leave (PFL and PFML) landscape and examine the existing patchwork of state mandates. The presenters will specifically compare each mandate across select core topics such as the length of benefits, amount of pay provided to employees, funding mechanisms, covered reasons for use, and more. In addition, this session will provide information about private plan options under existing PFL/PFML laws and thoughts on federal paid family and medical leave prospects in 2023.
