On Tuesday, June 15, 2021, Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Mazars USA LLP will co-host a webinar in which presenters will provide an update on the state of ERISA litigation, including an overview of the fiduciary duties of service providers, mitigating fiduciary liability and potential preventive measures. Presenters will also cover the role of fiduciary insurance in ERISA litigation, with details on cases, risks and developing trends, including data privacy and cybersecurity, as well as benefits litigation during the COVID-19 pandemic.
