Kenneth Sulzer Quoted in The Christian Science Monitor “Take a vacation. Really”

Kenneth Sulzer was quoted in the June 30, 2008 issue of the Christian Science Monitor in the article, “Take a vacation. Really.” The article reported how companies are encouraging employees to take vacation time and the reasons behind it.

Ken noted, “Workers accrue time pro rata by law." He further noted, "People end up with substantial banks of vacation pay. When they leave, they are entitled to all unused vacation at their current pay rate. Some of our clients are making people take time off as a way of reducing this big collective vacation bank. That's one way the recession is impacting employees' vacations."
