Kevin Woolf and Honore Hishamunda to Present National Retail Federation Webinar "Reviewing New State COVID-19 Liability Protection Laws"

Kevin Woolf, partner in Seyfarth's Real Estate department, and Honore Hishamunda, associate in Seyfarth's Labor & Employment department, will present the National Retail Federation webinar "Reviewing New State COVID-19 Liability Protection Laws" on August 26, 2020.

This webinar will provide information on the eight states which have passed laws providing a limited liability shield to businesses from the transmission/illness/death due to spread of COVID-19, and discussion will include what businesses/employers must do to receive the limited liability protections.
