Kristina Launey and Minh Vu was quoted in an October 22 story from SHRM, "Potential Job Applicants Sue Companies with Difficult Online Forms." Launey said an employer doesn't have to make its careers portal completely compliant with WCAG standards if it provides reasonable accommodations to applicants. An employer doesn't have to provide the preferred accommodation but must only engage in the interactive process, she stated.
