Kylie Byron Appointed Board Member to the LGBT Bar Association and Foundation

Seyfarth Shaw’s Kylie Byron, member of the firm’s Labor and Employment department in Chicago, was named association at-large member to the National LGBT Bar Association and Foundation Board, the country's largest organizations of LGBTA legal professionals. The National LGBT Bar Association is a national association of lawyers, judges and other legal professionals, law students, activists and affiliated lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender legal organizations. Byron’s practice focuses on consumer and credit reporting, background checks, and wage and hour litigation. She also consults and speaks on employment-related legal issues facing the transgender community, and on developing best practices for including and accommodating transgender and transitioning employees in the workplace. Byron received her J.D. from the Washington University School of Law in 2014.
