A Conversation: What’s happening today in EEO law?

This session includes a lively and robust discussion with an EEOC administrative law judge and plaintiff and defense counsel about current issues facing employers and employees. The panelists have different perspectives but a shared goal of fostering respect and inclusivity in work environments. Topics to be discussed include discrimination and harassment based on disability, transgender/gender identity, and race/hairstyle, as well as employees’ religious beliefs and domestic violence issues in the workplace.
