Args Over Trucker Exemption May Focus On Shipper.” The piece, published on July 6, 2026, examines upcoming Ninth Circuit arguments over the Motor Carrier Act exemption and how the identification of the “shipper” may determine whether delivery drivers are entitled to overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
