Lawrence Lorber was quoted in a December 7 story from Bloomberg Law, “DOL Broadens Religious Exemptions for Federal Contractors.” Lorber said regulations should be written for a reason and not merely to express general views, pointing out that the agency first defends these regulations by noting that they will have limited application.
