Lawrence Lorber was quoted in a November 19 story from Bloomberg Law, "Contractor Payouts for DOL Bias Settlements Drop in Trump Year 2." Lorber said that more large settlements could be in the agency’s pipeline. He said that he does know that they are looking at some potentially big cases.
