Leon Rodriguez was quoted in a February 19 story from Bloomberg Law, "INSIGHT: The EB-5 Foreign-Investor Jobs Engine Needs a Tune-Up." Rodriguez said that EB-5 is directly linked to job creation for American workers. He said that it is in America’s interest to resolve the backlog.
