Louisa Johnson and Andrew McKinley were quoted in a September 10 story from Law360, “3 Key Takeaways From Labor Dept.'s New Expense Guidance.” Johnson said that the letter is especially timely in light of how online retail has exploded during the pandemic and many people have picked up jobs where they use their personal vehicles.
