Lynn Kappelman Discusses How Unrestricted Proselytizing May Lead to Workplace Harassment Allegations in Bloomberg Law

Bloomberg Law quoted Lynn Kappelman in its article, “Unchecked Proselytizing Can Trigger Workplace Harassment Claims,” on August 11. Kappelman discussed a new government memo allowing agency employees to pray and share religious views at work during non-working hours, as long as it isn't harassing.

“The biggest problem is going to be balancing the rights of folks who don’t want to be converted, or told that their religious views aren’t correct, along with safeguarding the rights of LGBTQ+ employees and those of minority religions.”
