Mark Lies was quoted in Business Insurance

Mark Lies was quoted in a September 13 story in Business Insurance entitled “Employers face tough challenges keeping the workplace safe” on how to protect employees from potentially violent unruly workers while also ensuring that troubled workers are afforded protections due under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Lies said that the conundrum employers face is determining the point at which the disabled person loses the ADA's protection because their behavior constitutes a threat to their own safety or the safety of other employees.
