Marshall Babson quoted by Bloomberg BNA/ABA Lawyers' Manual on Professional Conduct

Marshall Babson was quoted in a July 27 story  “Decision Blocking DOL ‘Persuader’ Rule Cites Irreconcilable Clash With Ethical Duties” in Bloomberg BNA/ABA Lawyers' Manual on Professional Conduct on a new federal judge ruling that says the Labor Department’s new “persuader rule” can’t coexist with lawyers’ ethical obligations. Babson said that the general view in the management community is that these restrictions have less to do with persuader activity and more to do with restraining the availability of good counsel by lawyers to their clients regarding union organizing activity and related matters.
