Marshall Babson was quoted in an October 27 story “US hedge funds face tougher rules to retain key talent” in HFM Week on how US hedge funds are facing tougher rules to retain key staff in a multi-pronged assault on employment practices from the White House, the National Labor Relations Board and state officials. Babson said more hedge funds are now using paid leave rather than tough non-competes.
