Marshall Babson quoted by Law360, “Election Petitions Surge After NLRB Union Rule Takes Effect”

Marshall Babson was quoted in a May 28 story in Law360 on the surge in union election petitions in the month immediately following the April 14 effective date of the National Labor Relations Board's controversial rule changing its representation case procedures. Babson said that having quicker elections was the whole purpose of the rule, so seeing speedier elections is no surprise.
