Marshall Babson was quoted in an October 31 story “Firms await result of Bridgewater confidentiality beef” in Pensions & Investments on a complaint filed by the National Labor Relations Board against Bridgewater Associates LP alleging some confidentiality provisions in the firm's standard employment agreements are illegal. Babson said that the central thesis of the NLRB's complaint is that Bridgewater's employee agreements include impermissibly broad confidentiality restrictions.
