Marshall Babson quoted by Politico

Marshall Babson was quoted in a November 1 story “CASE CLOSED ON BRIDGEWATER?” in Politico on the National Labor Relations Board’s case against Bridgewater Associates claiming their employment contracts contained overly restrictive confidentiality clauses. Babson said that the case may have been withdrawn, either because the individual involved in fact was not an employee covered by the statute or because the company agreed to adjust its policy to clarify any ambiguity relating to the alleged prohibition on discussing terms and conditions of employment.
