Marshall Babson was quoted in a March 8 story from Bloomberg Law, “Punching In: What Seth Harris’ White House Job Means for Labor.” Babson said it’s very unfortunate that the NLRB continues to be hobbled by vacancies in the field; it’s not in the long-term best interest of workers, unions, or employers to have huge gaps in high-level personnel and leadership.
