Marshall Babson quoted in Bloomberg Law

Marshall Babson was quoted in a May 22 story from Bloomberg Law, "Did High Court Signal a Further Cutback of Worker Rights?," on the Supreme Court’s decision to okay the use of mandatory arbitration and class action waivers in employment agreements. Babson said that it would be a mistake to read the court’s recent opinion as “unduly limiting” the scope of protected activity under the National Labor Relations Act.
