Marshall Babson Quoted in Forbes
“Court Rejects Obama’s Recess Appointments to NLRB”

Seyfarth Shaw Labor & Employment attorney Marshall Babson is quoted in a January 25 Forbes article discussing the rejection of President Obama’s recess appointments to the National Labor Relations Board. Marshall points out that the ruling could apply to every case that’s been decided by the NLRB since the appointees were placed.
