Marshall Babson was quoted in an April 22 story from Law360 Employment Authority, “3 Takeaways From The NLRB's 'Contract Bar' Punt.” Babson said one could reasonably conclude that if the board has other issues in mind to deal with in the next three or four months, that there are bigger fish in their frying pan than the contract bar decision.
