Marshall Babson quoted in Law360 Employment Authority

Marshall Babson was quoted in a November 15 story from Law360 Employment Authority, “NLRB's Vax Bargaining Memo Puts Employers On The Clock.” Babson said  that parties are used to dealing with situations that may not have been anticipated or are new, and he thinks both unions and employers understand the need for resolution of any outstanding questions.
