Matthew Gagnon was quoted in a February 10 story from Law360 Employment Authority, “2 Years After 3rd Circ. Ruling, Bans On Salary History Spread.” Gagnon said it was an incredibly important case because it basically establishes that the things that these salary history bans are doing, what they're trying to accomplish, are legal.
